4.Coomassie blue is a commonly used dye for the visualization of proteins (separated by protein gel electrophoresis). 5.SuperKine™Maximum Sensitivity Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) is determined based on the highly water-soluble tetrazolium salt WST-8. Under the action of electron mediator, WST-8 can be reduced by dehydrogenase in the cell to produce water-soluble formazan product, resulting in a color reaction. Its formazan product is orange and soluble in tissue culture medium. CCK-8 is non-radioactive and can be used for sensitive colorimetric determination of living cells in cell proliferation and cytotoxicity experiments to calculate the number of cells. The amount of formazan product produced by dehydrogenase in cells is proportional to the number of living cells, which can be used to detect cell proliferation and cytotoxicity.
