• The EdU assay is based on a new generation of AbFluor™ fluorescent staining technology. Abbkine has developed products that can not only accurately detect cell proliferation directly from the DNA level, but also achieve high-throughput detection of cell proliferation status through the cellular metabolism level. The kit contains a patented cell proliferation negative control, which can perfectly solve the problem of non-standardization of the current proliferation test results.
• The LDH assay is the most widely used method in cytotoxicity studies. The cytotoxicity detection kit (lactate dehydrogenase assay) provides a simple colorimetric method for the study of cytotoxicity. LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) is abundant in the cytoplasm and can not pass through the cell membrane normally. When cells are injured or die, it can be released to the outside of the cell. The released LDH is in the culture medium supernatant and can be detected by enzymatic reaction.
