Cytokines and proteins
Cytokines are low molecular weight proteins or small molecular peptides that can transmit information between cells and have immunomodulatory and effector functions. Their content in the body is very small. Because they are immunogen, mitogen or other stimulating agents, they can induce a variety of cells to produce low molecular weight soluble proteins (peptides), which regulate innate and adaptive immunity. Promote the growth of blood cells to generate and and damage tissue repair, and other functions.
