A21110 is an affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in goat against mouse IgG whole molecule [8†L4-L5]. It reacts with the heavy chains of mouse IgG and the light chains of all other mouse immunoglobulins, with no reactivity on non-immunoglobulin serum proteins [8†L27-L30]. The AP conjugate enables detection with BCIP/NBT (blue/purple precipitate), pNPP (yellow), or chemiluminescent AP substrates.
