The principle is that sodium fluorescein is used as the fluorescent probe, and azo compounds AAPH are used as the source of peroxic free radicals. According to the damage of the fluorescent probe by free radicals, the fluorescence intensity changes, and the change of fluorescence intensity reflects the damage degree of free radicals.|

|Background||Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) is a classical method to detect the antioxidant Capacity of biomolecules in various samples. ORAC method has the advantages of good specificity, high sensitivity, wide determination range and high throughput screening for antioxidant activity. It has been applied more and more in natural product antioxidant extracts. Food and functional food enterprises generally adopt ORAC as an important evaluation standard for functional food.|

1.The species of antibody reactivity should be the sample species that can be matched normally after Abbkine R&D experts have passed strict scientific verification.
