Product name | SuperKine™ Serum/Protein-Free Cell Freezing Medium |
Applications notes | SuperKine™ Serum/Protein-Free Cell Freezing Medium is a kind of non programmed, ready-to-use cell freezing medium with clear formula, serum-free and protein-free, which is applicable to most mammalian cells. It can eliminate the potential pathogen contamination or immune reaction risk of serum or protein, so it is safer to use, no need for programmed cooling, and can keep the recovery survival rate of various cells above 95%. |
Kit components | •Serum/Protein-Free Cell Freezing Medium |
Features & Benefits | •Time-saving and labor-saving: Ready-to-use, non-programmed freeze-keeping; • High safety: Clear composition, Serum/Protein-Free, to avoid virus, bacteria, mycoplasma and other pollution; • High quality: Proven in a variety of cells for high cell recovery viability. |
Usage notes | • The Cell Freezing Medium contains DMSO. For DMSO-sensitive cells, it is recommended to do a pre-experiment of freezing. • When freezing stem cells or primary cells, it is recommended to use this product to do a pre-experiment of freezing for at leastone week, and then conduct formal freezing after confirming the performance. • For some special or particularly precious new cell types without seed preservation, it is recommended to use the conventionalfreezing medium containing serum at the same time. Only after confirming the recovery survival rate, this product can be used to ensure that the cells will not all die unexpectedly during freezing. • After the cells are separated, they should be moved to -80℃ refrigerator as soon as possible. If they need to be frozen for along time, they should be transferred to liquid nitrogen. • It is necessary to select cells in logarithmic growth period for freezing to ensure that the cells grow well before freezing, and the proportion of live cells during cryopreservation should generally be greater than 90%. • For some sensitive cells, such as RAW 264.7 cells, resuscitation should be performed in time, and the corresponding medium should be centrifuged after rapid melting at 37℃ to avoid differentiation. |

Fig.1.SuperKine™ Serum/Protein-Free Cell Freezing Medium Compared to the competitor A, B, and C and conventional serum-containing Cell Freezing Medium about the cell viability of 12 commonly used mammalian cells was compared. Cells in Abbkine's SuperKine™ Serum/Protein-Free Cell Freezing Medium has high viability after cryopreservation of cells, thus it is not Inferior to other brands.

1.The species of antibody reactivity should be the sample species that can be matched normally after Abbkine R&D experts have passed strict scientific verification. If your sample is not within the range of reactivity, in order to improve the efficiency and results of your experiment, it is not suggested to try other species. Otherwise, it may lead to sample mismatch and affect the effect of your experiment.
2.Please aliquot the antibody received as soon as possible and store it at -20℃, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and use it within one year.
