Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:10,000-1:100,000, IHC 1:500-1:5,000 and ELISA 1:5,000-1:100,000
Affinity purified using solid phase Rabbit IgG(H+L) light chain with finally > 95% purity based on SDS-PAGE.

50kD or 25kD protein detection on Western blots after Immunoprecipitation is often suffered from heavy or light chain blotting contamination. Abbkine's IPKine™ products solve these problems through less background noise, and enhanced accuracy. Their light chain/Fc fragment specific optimization will eliminate heavy/light chain interference, while serum proteins absorbed minimize cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species which may be present on blots.

Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

It's cross-reaction with human, mouse, rat, goat, sheep and bovine serum proteins has been specialized minimized, while it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. It has no reactivity on non-immunoglobulin serum proteins
