- Product name
IPKine™ HRP, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG LCS
Mouse IgG light chain
ELISA, IHC, WB
- Application notes
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:10000-1:100000), IHC (1:500-1:5000), ELISA (1:5000-1:100000).
Affinity purified using solid phase Mouse IgG(H+L) light chain with finally > 95% purity based on SDS-PAGE
- Features & Benefits
50kD or 25kD protein detection on Western blots after Immunoprecipitation is often suffered from heavy or light chain blotting contamination). Abbkine's IPKine™ products solve these problems through less background noise, and enhanced accuracy). Their light chain/Fc fragment specific optimization will eliminate heavy/light chain interference, while serum proteins absorbed minimize cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species which may be present on blots).
- Storage buffer
Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA as stablizer and 50% Glycerol.
- Storage instructions
Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Abbkine secondary antibodies are available conjugated to enzyme, biotin or fluorophore for use in a variety of antibody-based applications including Western Blot, ImmunoHistoChemistry, ImmunoFluorescence, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. We offer high quality secondary antibodies from goat, rabbit and donkey sources for your each application.
The antibody reacts with kappa light chains on mouse IgG, while it doesn’t react with the heavy chain of mouse IgG. It's cross-reaction with human, rabbit, rat, goat, sheep and bovine serum proteins has been specialized minimized, while it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. It has no reactivity on non-immunoglobulin serum proteins
