Product name | CheKine™ Micro Serum Zinc Assay Kit |
Applications notes | The kit provides a simple method for detecting the Zinc concentration in serum samples. In the pH 8.5-9.5 solution, Zn2+ and the zinc reagent form a blue coordination compound with a maximum absorption peak at 620 nm. |
Kit components | • Reagent I • Reagent II • Reagent III • Standard |
Features & Benefits | • Determination of the Zinc concentration in serum samples. • Detailed sample preparation and result calculation methods are provided. • Simple operation steps. • Standard and standard curve line are provided. |
Usage notes | • Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or vendors. • Avoid foaming or bubbles when mixing or reconstituting components. • Avoid cross-contamination, change pipette tips between additions of standards, samples and reagents. Also, use separate reservoirs for each reagent. • Ensure all reagents and equipment are at the appropriate temperature before starting the assay. • Reagent III needs to be prepared one day in advance, if it turns yellow, it cannot be used again. • After adding Reagent III and mixing well, complete the measurement of the tube within 30 minutes. |

1.The species of antibody reactivity should be the sample species that can be matched normally after Abbkine R&D experts have passed strict scientific verification. If your sample is not within the range of reactivity, in order to improve the efficiency and results of your experiment, it is not suggested to try other species. Otherwise, it may lead to sample mismatch and affect the effect of your experiment.
2.Please aliquot the antibody received as soon as possible and store it at -20℃, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and use it within one year.
