|Product name||CheKine™ Micro Lipid Peroxidation (MDA) Assay kit|
|Applications notes||CheKine™ Micro Lipid Peroxidation (MDA) Assay Kit provides a convenient tool for detection of the malondialdehyde (MDA) present in a variety of samples. MDA, together with 4-hydroxynonenal (4-HNE), is a natural bi-product of lipid peroxidation and its quantification is generally used as marker for lipid peroxidation. The MDA in the sample reacts with thiobarbituric acid (TBA) to generate a MDA-TBA adduct，which can be easily quantified colorimetrically at OD 532 nm. Meanwhile, the absorbance at 600 nm was measured , and MDA was calculated by the difference between the absorbance at 532 nm and 600 nm (To avoid the interference of saccharose).|

|Background||Oxygen free radicals react on lipid unsaturated fatty acids to produce lipid peroxidation. The latter gradually breaks down into a series of complex compounds, including malondialdehyde (MDA). Lipid oxidation levels can be measured by detecting MDA levels. Lipid peroxidation may contribute to many diseases, including atherosclerosis, diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease. CheKine™ Micro Lipid Peroxidation (MDA) Assay kit provides a convenient tool for detection of the malondialdehyde (MDA)|

1.The species of antibody reactivity should be the sample species that can be matched normally after Abbkine R&D experts have passed strict scientific verification. If your sample is not within the range of reactivity, in order to improve the efficiency and results of your experiment, it is not suggested to try other species. Otherwise, it may lead to sample mismatch and affect the effect of your experiment.
2.Please aliquot the antibody received as soon as possible and store it at -20℃, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and use it within one year.
