It could bind the interferon receptors that activates the signal transduction of immune responses through the Jak/STAT pathway in leukocytes and lymphoblastoid cells.IFN beta 1a is used as a treatment for MS because it reduces relapse rates;it is not suitable for treating patients with progressive,non-relapsing forms of MS. |
