| Usage notes | Always centrifuge tube sbefore opening. It is recommended to centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 1 minute. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Human AnnexinV protein using the buffer we provided not less than 1mg/mL,which can then be further diluted too ther aqueous solutions. For conjugation, it is recommended to reconstitute protein using conjugation buffer that do not cotain amino components (such as MES,PBS,HEPES).And the concentration of protein should be higher than 2mg/mL |
| Storage instructions | Lyophilized Human Annexin V/ANXA5 protein product should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |
| Shipping | Gel pack with blue ice. |

| Background | Annexin V (ANXA5 or Annexin A5) is a member of the annexin family of intracellular proteins that binds to phosphatidylserine (PS) in a calcium-dependent manner. Annexin V is a multifunctional protein that is highly expressed on the apical surfaces of syncytiotrophoblasts, this protein is an anticoagulant protein that acts as an indirect inhibitor of the thromboplastin-specific complex and plays an important role in haemostatic regulations, maintaining blood fluidity of the placenta. Annexin V is also a protein kinase C and phospholipase A2 inhibitor. It participate in inflammation, cellular signal transduction, growth and differentiation.Annexin V is important for normal CFTR chloride channel activity. |
