Additional Information

Background HECTD1 (HECT Domain E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Class I MHC mediated antigen processing and presentation and Innate Immune System. Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. May be required for development of the head mesenchyme and neural tube closure.
Gene ID 25831
Alternative E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase HECTD1; E3 ligase for inhibin receptor; EULIR; HECT domain-containing protein 1; HECT-type E3 ubiquitin transferase HECTD1
Others The antibody detects endogenous levels of HECD1 protein
