Background | Soil sucrose enzyme (S-SC) can hydrolyze sucrose into corresponding monosaccharides for absorption by organisms. Its enzymatic products are closely related to the organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus content, microbial population, and soil respiration intensity in the soil, making it an important indicator for evaluating soil fertility. CheKine™ Micro Soil Saccharase (S-SC) Activity Assay Kit provides a simple, convenient, and rapid method for detecting sucrose enzyme activity, suitable for soil samples. The principle is that S-SC catalyzes the degradation of sucrose to produce reducing sugars, which further react with 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) to form a brown-red amino compound. This compound exhibits characteristic light absorption at 510 nm. Within a certain range, the rate of increase in light absorption at 510 nm is proportional to the activity of S-SC. |

1.The species of antibody reactivity should be the sample species that can be matched normally after Abbkine R&D experts have passed strict scientific verification. If your sample is not within the range of reactivity, in order to improve the efficiency and results of your experiment, it is not suggested to try other species. Otherwise, it may lead to sample mismatch and affect the effect of your experiment.
2.Please aliquot the antibody received as soon as possible and store it at -20℃, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and use it within one year.
