CheKine™ Micro Soil Available Sulfur Content Assay Kit can be used to detect biological samples such as soli. In the kit, The sulfur proposed from the soil is basically in the form of SO42-. In the acidic medium, SO42- reacts with Ba2+ to form a BaSO4 white precipitate with very little solubility. The barium sulfate turbidity method is used to determine the effective sulfur content in the soil. |
