Background | Soil proteases are involved in the transformation of amino acids, proteins, and other organic compounds containing protein nitrogen present in the soil. Their hydrolysis products serve as one of the nitrogen sources for higher plants. S-ALPT (Soil Alkaline Protease) catalyzes the hydrolysis of proteins under alkaline conditions, a process associated with soil organic matter content, nitrogen levels, and other soil properties. CheKine™ Micro Soil Alkaline Protease (S-ALPT) Activity Assay Kit offers a simple, convenient, and rapid method for detecting S-ALPT activity in soil samples. The detection principle is based on tyrosine reducingphosphomolybdic acid compounds to produce tungsten blue under alkaline conditions, which has a characteristic absorption peak at 680 nm. |

1.The species of antibody reactivity should be the sample species that can be matched normally after Abbkine R&D experts have passed strict scientific verification.
