Clusters of Differentiation
Differentiation cluster (also known as differentiation cluster or simply Cluster of differentiation (CD)) refers to the cell surface molecules that are used for immune antigen recognition. Physiologically, Clusters of Differentiation CD are usually used as important receptors or ligands for cells; In addition, some CD can be used in cell signal cascade (cascade reaction), thereby changing the behavior of the cell; Some CD proteins are not related to cell communication, but have other functions, such as cell adhesion. In conclusion, Clusters of Differentiation CD can be used for many purposes. It is not only involved in the recognition of antigens, capture of antigens, and promotion of the interaction between immune cells and antigens or immune molecules, but also mediates the adhesion between immune cells and between immune cells and matrix, playing an important role in the immune response, activation and effect stages.
Differentiated clusters (also known as differentiated clusters or CD for short) refer to cell surface molecules that are used for identification of immune antigens. Abbkine gives you molecules such as CD24, CD274, CD86, and CD155 to help tumor immune escape & signaling pathway research.View All Products
Features and Advantages
- Determined by LAL method, the endotoxin content in each microgram of protein is less than 1.0EU .
- The purity is more than 95%, and each cytokine is equipped with 1 mL of redissolution Buffer which is most compatible with the cytokine, so the product performance is more stable after redissolution.
- Packaging in the form of freeze-dried powder is safe and secure, and there is no need to worry about the quality of the products at hand. The outer packaging adopts EP tube without heat source and endotoxin, which eliminates endotoxin interference from the packaging.
