|Background||AbFluor™ 594, succinimidyl ester is a bright, red-fluorescent dye similar to Alexa Fluor® 594 and Texas Red. Due to its higher quantum yield and excellent water solubility, AbFluor™ 594, succinimidyl estershows brighter fluorescent compared to Alexa Fluor® 594. In addition, AbFluor™ 594, succinimidyl ester has good light stability, which can be used for laser confocal and single molecular imaging. AbFluor™ 594, succinimidyl ester is the best choice for labeling protein and nucleic acid.|
