IFKine™ Green Donkey Anti-Goat IgG Released

IFKine™ Green Donkey Anti-Goat IgG ReleasedIFKine™ Green conjugated antibodies absorb light maximally at 493 nm and fluoresce with a peak around 518 nm. They are brighter than FITC, Cy2, and DyLight 488. IFKine™ Green conjugates are recommended for for all immunofluorescence procedures requiring a green-fluorescing dye.

IFKine™ Green Donkey Anti-Goat IgG antibody reacts with whole molecule goat IgG. It also reacts with light chains of all other goat immunoglobulins. It's cross-reaction with human, mouse, rat, rabbit and guinea pig serum proteins has been specialized minimized to reduce non-specific hybrization. It has no reactivity on non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Abbkine suggested the starting dilution is  1:50-1:1,000 for most applications.
